they told us that they go thru these trailers and check everything , i... read more they told us that they go thru these trailers and check everything , if something is broke they fix it . and it had a 1 year warranty . and if we wanted to by it that they go thru and completely and clean it , so my wife and I decided to by it . as we were doing the paper work we found out that the warranty was a lie . but we where going to by it any way. we where going to pick it up the next day, when I got there I spent an hour and 45 min. watching them try to take me thru a walkthrough , the electrical was goofed up the awning was broke the emergency brake cable was broke the electrical cord was ground down and could not plug into my truck, then when they tried to hook it up to my truck they tried to sell me a hitch that was not the right hitch , they said it would work ok, I said no the front of the trailer was a lot higher than the rear, it should set level. all because they didn't have the right hitch. then thy wanted me to drive for another three hours and come back the next day because they had to order another hitch and charge me another $36.00 , I had enough, but they didn't think so Melvin decided he needed to show his true side WOW I left , OH by the way they didn't clean it either MT AUTO AND RV lies, lies, lies,
I know several people who have bought cars from kevin and they all hig... read more I know several people who have bought cars from kevin and they all highly recommended him. i knew the car i wanted but could not find it anywhere. i went a talked to kevin and told hime what i wanted and that i could not find any even online within 100 miles. well he went to work and found me exactly what i was looking for, exact color and everything and at a far better price then i could have imagined. Thanks again for a great deal on an amazing car!!!!!!!!!!
Very disappointed..my experience with Flushing Auto Plaza..traveled se... read more Very disappointed..my experience with Flushing Auto Plaza..traveled several hours to purchase a used vehicle..when I arrived the vehicle was not in excellent condition as the owner Keven told me( saw photos)..they had not even bothered to clean the interior of the vehicle..it was smelly and dirty and (my hands stuck to the sticky steering wheel)there were scratches and dings all over the outside of car. I was told that this vehicle was in excellent condition..far from the truth..his office staff is not much help either, they could not answer any questions about the vehicles on the lot..when the owner Kevin is not present you cant get any information about the vehicles...would not recommend this dealer..terrible customer service..seems to be only interested in making a buck..
