Every time I go to this station they screw up with my rewards card. I'm done I will not do business with this station again, they need to train this place again. I would have given a negative 10 rate but they don't have negatives on here.
BOYCOTT THE SHELL GAS STATION AT THE CORNER OF BURDICK/CORK IN KALAMAZ... read more BOYCOTT THE SHELL GAS STATION AT THE CORNER OF BURDICK/CORK IN KALAMAZOO, MI: My mother, who is an extremely sweet woman with a completely clean background (no history of theft, drugs, booze, domestic disputes, etc), just made the mistake of pre-paying $10 of gas. After paying with a $20 she informed the cashier that she was going to go to the bathroom and then pump the gas. She went outside and the pump didn t work. She went back inside and remarked that there was no money on her pump. THE GUY SAID I DON T KNOW YOU I VE NEVER SEEN YOU IN MY LIFE . The police are there right now and because they refuse to show them the tape? They can t prove that anything was stolen. That $20 was all she had to get her to Monday in a car that should have good gas milage but has horrible gas milage. She also had someone with her who could verify everything she did and that the cashier, without question, took her money without ever supplying a product. DO NOT LET THESE JOKERS GET AWAY WITH THIS. PASS IT ON... at least verbally because this is a joke.
