We spoke about my experience & he remained very professional. I was impressed that he reached out and eliminated my worry. I will definitely return as they are a reputable business who clearly values their clientele.

My son bought a car from them in September 2012 the engine went out on December 28t, 2012. The dealership salesperson (Tony) who talks more then he listens said "I can't take a loss on this car" to my son when asked if they could exchange the car for another one of equal value. Note..my son who works very hard for his money is newly married and has (2) little boys. He paid cash for his first couple of cars and decided to finance his 1st vehicle with Lakeside Auto which was a mistake. I spoke to the owner at least three times...he gave me (3) different names each time. I am sure it was him all 3 times, but he was evasive and didn't want to take responsiblity for the "Lemon" he sold my son. He told me his name was Ed one day, then Steve the next..when I questioned him about sounding alike..he didn't respond. But yet he claims he has valued "customers for over 25 years of business". This made me sick to my stomach. When I asked him..."So what do you intend to do for my son"...he brought up the sorry warranty as a justification and that basically we should be happy that my son 'PAID" extra for a warranty. The dealer did NOT PROVIDE IT. My son is purchasing the Rendenzvous at a cost of almost $8000.00 th engine went out in (3) months. When it was repaired by the shop for $2400.00 he was told that the warranty on the current engine is (3) months...ARE YOU KIDDING ME? The likely hood of this engine lasting another 2 years during the financial obligation is slim to none...but the dealership DOES NOT CARE! Basically it's the same type of engine that was in the car when it was sold. To this the owner.....whatever his name is responded 'We don't have a magic ball and don't know when a car will go out on us". Total disregard for his dealership and the product he is selling on it. I don't care what business you are in.....if you are in it for profit ONLY and don't car about custo
