Tony was very helpful with looking into a fix for a detached splash guard. I've been an Apitz customer for many years, and have always received prompt, courteous service.

I called in a panic right when they opened at 8am on a Monday due to my car giving me lots of trouble over the weekend. Dave not only got me right in as a priority, but he gave me a ride to and from my home so that I could work from home while my car was being fixed. This kind of honest, and caring customer service just isn't common anymore. I had my car back running great as ever by the end of the day and the cost was extremely reasonable. The estimate was not only given to me verbally, but also emailed to me to see what work was suggested. I was able to then make a choice on the work. I trust this shop. Thanks Dave!

The alternator on my wife’s van went out right before the weekend. She had plans to go out of town for the weekend but if I could not get her van fixed we would only have one vehicle. I call Bee Line Friday morning dropped it off at 12 and it was done by 3 for the price that I was quoted. Thanks Bee line for fixing the van so my wife could keep her weekend plans!

A+ Service! Steve's Auto World MG started a Concierge service with my park n ride. I had them do an oil change. They picked my car up while I was at work. They texted me a detailed car report. Then they called to let me know I needed a tire rotation so I had them do that. I got back to the park n ride at the end of the day and there was my car in the same spot. The receipt was on my dash. They had washed my car AND vacuumed it out! I found a complimentary bottle of water and ice scraper in my cup holder. It is the little things that make a huge difference. Quality, small, local service/repair shop. Fairchild's family business has been in this location for years. The shop and grounds are clean and well kept indicating a standard of respect for their business, the neighborhood and you, their customer. Not a location for heavy repair (tranny or engine rebuild.) They can and do address the everday needs of your vehicle. Call them and ask if your needs can be handled there. Good place to go. And after all they represent an American oil company, Sinclair, one of the most respected oil companies in the United States. Quality and respect have partnered well here.

Absolutely wonderful service!! "Old school" treatment. Where honesty and integrity really matter! Had my tranny out and replaced in one day. All my vehicles will be serviced by these gentlemen from here on in. My hat off to Paul for his over the top concern. He answered all my questions with complete knowledge and no fluff. Even after numerous calls (which I felt, bugging him), he never let on that I was "wasting" his time. Also, I personally have never seen such a sparkling clean work area/shop.
