The vehicle still wasn't done by the "when needed time." The vehicle was complete right at closing time. The explanation was a bunch of excuses until a different service write came over and explained exactly what happened. Normally wouldn't be an issue for me but I needed my vehicle by a certain time that day. I've been going here for 13+ years so was slightly disappointed by the lack of explanation and inconvenience.
Paid an hour labor for an as1. Tech said rear brakes were at 3mm when ... read more Paid an hour labor for an as1. Tech said rear brakes were at 3mm when they were replaced 3 months ago. Was told that they couldn't find bushing that I wanted replaced when you can find them at autozone.
Did the diagnostic on Friday morning at 7:30am 9/22 and never received... read more Did the diagnostic on Friday morning at 7:30am 9/22 and never received the estimate to get repairs. It took the entire day to get the car back and still no idea on how much it will cost. Called yesterday and asked for the estimate, said they emailed it. That didn't happen. Would be nice to know what the price would be for repairs!
