Car was making unusual sound, brought it into TGK, they diagnosed it a... read more Car was making unusual sound, brought it into TGK, they diagnosed it and gave me a written estimate for $1100 decided to get a second opinion ad that seemed high….. was able to have the car looked at by another established mechanic who said it needed $200 worth of work…. works great now and our family will no longer be a returning customer to TGK as we no longer have the confidence that they are being honest in their evaluation of work needed
Dropped my vehicle off the night before my appointment for an oil chan... read more Dropped my vehicle off the night before my appointment for an oil change. The vehicle still wasn't done by the "when needed time." The vehicle was complete right at closing time. The explanation was a bunch of excuses until a different service write came over and explained exactly what happened. Normally wouldn't be an issue for me but I needed my vehicle by a certain time that day. I've been going here for 13+ years so was slightly disappointed by the lack of explanation and inconvenience.
