To top it off the car was dropped off at 7am and didn’t get worked on till late afternoon. Then told to pick up at 5:30 pm and had to wait 30 minutes for the vehicle. Come on this place can do better customer service.

I brought it back in, but they didn’t hear the squeak or take the time to figure out what was going on. They dismissed my concern, saying maybe my breaks were dirty, wet, too hot…. and sent me home. I took my car to Brooklyn Park TGK and they took the time to figure out why my breaks were squeaking - Maple Grove put in the wrong kind of breaks. Maple Grove TGK is going to replace my breaks for the correct kind, but I don’t trust them to do it right. They have been rude and dismissive to me, and didn’t fix my car like they should have. I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone.

I had come early for my appointment as agreed by the two service writers. I needed to be out the door by 2:00 and ended up missing my 3:00 sales appointment elsewhere because I waited from 1:30 to 3:15 for two filters; air filter and cabin filter. I was frustrated to know the technician should have released me or put the heat on NAPA to deliver on time as promised. I ended up going to auto zone and installed my own filters for a third of the price. The waiting room and staff were fantastic and only the lack of inventory was frustrating. My vehicle is a common Ford F-150 and filters should be in stock on site.
