Plaza Tire on Broadway in Columbia, MO leaves a whole lot to be desired. The bigwigs at Cape Girardeau & Sun Auto who owns them know the details - but only listened to Zach...very sad indeed!

My daughter only had a 1 day window on getting her vehicle inspected as she had to go back to. school. Plaza got her in and out efficiently and were very polite to her as well.

I needed new tires for my 1998 Jeep TJ. Also wear was uneven and I suspected an alignment issue. David Hawkins was very helpful and I ended up getting larger tires based on his and another guy at Plazas suggestion and I love the new profile. I called to set a time to have four tires balanced. I was told to bring the truck in and they could get me in right away. I was there within 10 minutes and then waited 2.5 hours. When I inquired about my truck, the manager said that I was next on the list, but the tech needed to take a lunch first. I would have been happy to make an appointment for another day, but don't tell me you can get me in right away and then make me wait three hours.
