As we began our trek back to Minnesota we determined our wheel bearing was obliterated. We had to contact our insurance company for roadside assistance. No one was open on the holiday so we decided to take a chance with Bert. We dropped our vehicle there and left our keys in the drop box. Bert called the next day and said he'd have us up and running between 1-2pm. He called us shortly after noon stating he was done early. The work was excellent and the cost was very fair. You can trust bert with your automotive needs. If I lived in the area he would definitely become my go-to guy. Thanks Bert!!!! Steve O-Prior Lake, MN

I had to have my timing belt changed on my car so took it to a local repair shop that I do business with to have it done on a Saturday morning. While dropping it off I noticed that it was also time for an oil change and added that to the list of the jobs to complete. I was expecting a problem with something on the engine so when the repair shop called that is what I was expecting to hear. What I was not expecting to hear was that the oil drain plug had been forced into the oil pain (cross threaded) and when they pulled it out the threads on the oil pan came with it!! The repair shop said that it looked like the last place to change the oil forced the drain plug back on and as a result cross threaded the drain plug When I called the Simoniz Quick Lube and advised of the situation, Alan (after talking to the "property manager") advised that there was nothing they were going to do. More so, he advised that they do it all the time and have larger oil plugs on hand to correct the situation. Further, he advised me (after clearly it would be able to see my history in the records of going to the store for almost 2 years) that there really was no proof that they were the ones that did it. My son has autism and has several appointments that he has to go around to so we need this car for my family. I now have to spend $300 to replace an oil pan to correct an error that this business made and gave ZERO assistance with in trying to solve. This business needs a lesson in customer service, not caring if you "dont want to deal with it on my day off" (thanks for that little bit of information Mr. Property Manager), and a lesson on a simple task of how to unscrew a drain plug and then screw it back in.
