They kept my car over a month and when I reached out, they wanted to a... read more They kept my car over a month and when I reached out, they wanted to add more stuff trying to take advantage of me, and yet I had to take it back again couple days later due to the same problem.. I hated it how I was treated, just because I had some concerns and I requested to talk to the owner and they refused to provide me with the number, I finally went got my car, they took my money and did not fix the problem, a day later, my car was not even back on the road and completely shut the engine and I had to tow it to the dealership. I had the worst experience ever in my life, wasted my money for nothing, but they don’t care even though you raise your concerns.., including the manager and all i wanted is to talk to the owner but they cared less.. They made me cry.. but God don’t like ugly….. I wish the owner could have called me but took my money for something that they did not fix but made it worse..
I still don't have my car back and there's always an excuse for why it... read more I still don't have my car back and there's always an excuse for why it's going to cost more money and take longer and after spending hundreds on rides you eventually gave me a loaner car that is disgusting and an embarrassing piece of junk. Don't ask for a review when you haven't given the person their car back. It's rude and it's upsetting.
i wouldn’t be taking my car here again, i asked for a simple oil chang... read more i wouldn’t be taking my car here again, i asked for a simple oil change on my car and they took me back there for some other reasons concerning my car. i don’t care what you noticed on my car, i didn’t asked for it. i called them for a simple oil change and they went to put some power steering fluid in my car without my knowledge. now i’m leaking anti freeze. they said i was leaking power steering fluid but whenever i drive my car my anti freeze leaks. that has NEVER happened before i even took it to that mechanic. they said i had little to no power steering fluid in my car so the mechanic put some in there, but i NEVER asked for that. little powering steering fluid or none, my car was never leaking. i told the mechanic is there a way that he can stop the leak, because this leak never happened, he said no. he could care less that this leak is happening and wants me to come out of pocket. i like this company but that mechanic is ridiculous and you guys are more ridiculous trying to have me spend money on something that wasn’t a problem before i came in. when a customer ask for a simple oil change, that’s all they should get. don’t be trying to look for other problems. now my car is leaking and anti freeze is going off. my car was fine before taking it to that mechanic and this company.
