As we began our trek back to Minnesota we determined our wheel bearing was obliterated. We had to contact our insurance company for roadside assistance. No one was open on the holiday so we decided to take a chance with Bert. We dropped our vehicle there and left our keys in the drop box. Bert called the next day and said he'd have us up and running between 1-2pm. He called us shortly after noon stating he was done early. The work was excellent and the cost was very fair. I had this company Raytown Transmission, replace the transmission in m... read more I had this company Raytown Transmission, replace the transmission in my 2006 Mercury Mariner in Late Dec of 2012. Now 5 months later it does not seem to be functioning right. I called Benny and explained and he asked that i bring it in so they can take a look. Benny was very courteous on our phone call. I will be sure and update my review after they look into this for me. Fingers crossed.
