Had a little mishap on picking up the vehicle but Tessa made it right the next day. Great communication and the inspection and invoice system reports are top notch. Repair was as expected. However, was told shop rate per hour varied depending on the repair. That’s a non-starter for me. Want a standard rate so I can ensure honest repair is being done. Hence, I only gave 3 stars.
