Stranded in Salisbury! Integrity Not only arranged our tow, they had us up and running with a diagnosis of the current repair but advised us of upcoming repairs. Customer Service was honest and professional, even the mechanic spent time explaining the repair needed and extended the advise to other repairs we could do ourselves. Great experience. One of the best car shops I've been to! My Jeep Liberty was having issues and we brought it to FOUR different mechanics for repairs- each giving a different diagnosis and solution. After 2 years and about $3000 in repairs, the problem was still not fixed. In January we brought it to J Medic, they made a few repairs and the problem was FIXED! Not only were they able to solve the mystery of my Jeep, but the staff there is amazing; friendly, accommodating and responsive! The price was fair as well. It is hard to find a trustworthy mechanic these days... now I use J Medic for all of my vehicle repairs- breaks, oil change, inspections, etc. -Jackie Hoffman

Yesterday I had a very bad experience with an employee (Sean) who was rude to me. I reported him to the Customer Service Manager who merely shrugged it off. Some of the staff at this store are courteous, but a bad experience such as this can reflect negatively on the whole store. 02/24/11

The folks at High Point tire are great. I have been doing business with them for years and they are simply a great, friendly neighborhood business that puts their customers first. They have done just about every kind of repair on my cars over the years and have never failed to meet my expectations. They are always thorough in their communication and I can leave my car with them and be comfortable that the job will be done right. When dealing with any service that you know nothing about, trust is the biggest factor. Its hard to find someone to trust these days but I can say that these guys are trustworthy.
