The service was super fast, the hospitality was amazing and the price was surprisingly competitive. Not to leave out David, who was my personal chauffeur for the day..... who also has great customer service skills.

No part available locally so car basically disabled. Kim drove me over to car rental facility. Remained in parking lot until sure I was in a vehicle. Part came in late on a Friday and car repaired. Shop closed Saturday but Kim gave me personal cell number and told me to come pick up Saturday morning so I could turn rental and save a few $$s. I asked questions about servicing another VW I have and they were upfront and honest about needed service and recommended intervals.

Cabarrus Imports is just such a place. I have been taking my Honda there for several years and know that they will do only what is needed, will tell me when I do need something, and then they will do the work well at a fair price. On my last oil change, they noticed a dripping water pump - a sure sign of impending failure at its age - and I was able to get a new pump put in along with the timing belt at a fair price, prior to being stranded on the side of the road. If you have a Honda, this is the place to take it!
