a little over a year ago, i had this company do some work for me on my 05 kia sorento. they had my vehicle 4 different times for the same problem. they charged me over 300 dollars, the car wasn't right. so i took it back to them, this time they charged me 80.dollars, it still wasn't right. I took it back a third time, they said that their machanic had put one of the parts on backwards. Still wasn't right. took it back a 4th. when i went to pic it up they said for me to take it and see if that worked. I still had a slight shimmy in the rear end but it was better so i didn't take it back. About a month later, my husband went by there and stopped to get a bulb replaced, surely they could handle that. they wouldn't do anything for him because i was suppose to still owe them another 200 dollars on them working on my car. Well, here it is just over a yr later and guess what. the work they did was so screwed up that now i need a whole new drive shaft instead of just a simple u joint. Thanks alot machanical services.... hope this keeps some other unsuspecting person from giving you any business and you giving them the shaft...

I called all over town after my car engine blew up going up the old fort mountain. I was met with being told it would be atleast a month before I could even get in at most shops.Derek's sent a rollback to retrieve my car that I had towed to my house and had me up and running in less than three weeks. I called ahead and told them that my wife's car, 2010 Chevy Impala had 2 actuators bad in the dash. I told them I have already bought 1. My wife dropped the car off and when was told it was ready went to pick it up. The bill was $160 for labor and used the part I bought. The other actuator was not replaced. We were told that they could order another actuator and charge another $160 to replace it when they could have replaced both and the same time. BAD BUSINESS. Had to choose at least 1 star, but actually deserve none.
