Purchased an 04 Acura TL from them and transmission blew in the beginning of 7th month. Called to see if they would help and was lied to by Margaret who stated they would go 50/50 with me. They had the car for almost two months with me paying $32/ day rental car($1600) and would never respond and always give a reason why someone couldnt speak with me. Then denied saying theyd go half with me and said that the half of repair would go on the end of loan. Finally upon picking the car up they denied even saying that and made me sign another loan, subsequently raising my payments $100 a month. IT GETS WORSE, 30 mins after picking it up the dash board lights up like a Christmas Tree. ABS, CHECK ENGINE< VSA< "!" all lights pop up. Send an e-mail and no response again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.I have never been behind on any payments and am a very reasonable person.
