Customer Service was honest and professional, even the mechanic spent time explaining the repair needed and extended the advise to other repairs we could do ourselves. Great experience. Nothing more than a ripoff joint.RUN dont just walk.Use your common sense about these places.They are all alike. First they lure you in with free, free, free.Then they bait you with the low price, then switch to the high price.Oldest scam around, the bait and switch.Use inferior parts, and if you only knew who was "performing " the work.... RUN RUN RUN....

I received a quote from a young man who was working there but when I picked the car up the price given was much higher than the quote I received. In addition, some of the work had not been done as asked- so not only was I asked to pay more, all of the work was not completed. I explained that I would not pay more than the quote and they would not hand over my car key. I called the police who came for assistance. Another thing, I received a voicemail from them at 3:45 saying that they were getting ready to close early and if I did not come they would charge an extra fee for storage! The hours posted on the door was from 9 to 6! This place is dishonest, they do not communicate, and extremely unreliable. "Shady" is the word.
