I've been going to Chapel Hill Tire for 35 + years, and have always had absolutely fantastic service. I know that the professionals at CHT always give me the best advice for my wallet, not their own. I literally chose to sell one vehicle and purchase another based on their insight and experience. Their honesty has saved me huge amounts of money over the years. Today I was fortunate enough to work with Bucky. It was a simple inspection, but they were packed with those of us who had procrastinated until the last moment. Despite it being 5:00 on New Years Eve, and even though I'm sure everyone was exhausted and just wanted to get home and start their holiday evening, Bucky and his team kept working, helping folks with assorted issues, and solving problems with care and great good humor. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!! DO NOT, DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT call these people for service! This is a scam! My husband sent this guy Chris to me to fix my car because I broke down in Greensboro NC. He came out to fix my car and said he needed the money to go get the part. I gave him $250 and never came back to fix my car! He immediately stopped answering his phone! He also have a female riding with him so that you can't go with him. He have fake reviews all made by him from fake pages that he made himself to boost his rating! I'm at the moment still stranded in Greensboro NC. I'm finding out that he has been doing this to people for years!

Excellent experience. BrakeMaster Mobile Auto Repair saved me about $600 dollars on front end suspension work on my Crown Vic. national chain repair shop wanted over $1200 to do the work. Chris and Travis did it in about 3 hours for half the price . found Chris's business advertised on craigslist so i thought, what do i have to loose. after just a couple of minutes on the phone with Chris he called me back and gave me an estimate that was half of what i was being charged at the chain. Chris met me with my car and started the repair at around 11:30am and he was finished with all the work by about 2pm. new Ball joints upper and lower both sides , new monroe shocks, Sway bar link, and right side tie rod ends all for half of what the national chain was going to gouge me for. dropped it off at another chain to do the front end alignment and it is all good. Honest, and good at their jobs i highly recommend them. Thanks Chris , excellent work and service. i will definitely use you again for all of my auto repair needs.

Stay away. These people have almost killed me twice. Wheel has come apart and lost control of the car twice.
