Very happy with the friendly service I get every time I come in for oil changes,and repairs. They are very good about letting you what else your car may need and they are honest.

Forget the dealerships. We have had auto service at countless shops, national chains, garages and dealerships over many years. None one can even come close to the personal service, convenience, professionalism, honesty, experience, friendliness and knowledge you will find at Tri-City. I'd give them more stars if that were an option. The prices are reasonable, you get what you pay for and if it's not right (seldom) they'll make it right. Love their coupons too.

Don’t go to Epic. They are not fair!!!! Admitted installing the wrong part but charged me labor again to install the correct part and no credit for the wrong part. Even though I expressed my disappointment to the owner I had no choice to pay. First bill of $479 and 2nd bill of $325 +/-

Awesome service. Mike and the crew were great! The prices was fair and the turn around service was fast. I have gone to several other shops in the area and they always want you to leave your car. These guys did it while I waited and the work was right the first time. Thanks Champs! Keep up the good work.

My, how times have changed. I've gone to Strickland Muffler since 1983, because they were regarded (by mechanics) as doing the best alignments. After moving out of state and recently returning. I drove from Raleigh to Louisburg to have my car done. There were now new people working there. (I assumed they were the owners sons) I arrived at 8AM, and the manager said that his alignment man wasn't there yet. He arrived 45 minutes late. He told me that I needed tie rods and recommended that I get new tires first. He offered to sell me a set. I said that I preferred to get my tires at Sam's Club. He told me to come back afterwards, and he would do my alignment. I returned at 11:00AM and he's on the computer, and said "I can't get you now, we're about to go to lunch". I said "OK, what time should I return?". He said "at 1:30 PM". I thought OK? .... I can find something to do until then. Then, just as I was pulling out of the driveway, he came up to my car and says "look, it's hot today... and I don't like working on hot days like this ..... can you come back in the morning?" I said "fine!?...I'll come back tomorrow". When I arrived early the next morning, the manager (who witnessed everything) saw me and went into the office. After about 10 minutes, I go into the office to see what's taking so long, only to find both of them on their computers. The other mechanic looks up at me and said "can I help you?". I said "I've come back for the alignment". He gets a look on his face and says OK. He THEN orders the parts needed. The parts arrived 20 minutes later, he put my car on the lift, then dropped it back down and backed my car out onto the street. He proceeds to walk past me (never so much as turning his head in my direction) saying "you need to find somewhere else to get your alignment.... I don't have the right parts and we can't do that type of alignment here". WHAT !!! I was beyond ticked! I still remember the original owner, he was a stand up g

I don’t usually write reviews but really wanted to show my appreciation for a job well done. I waited a few weeks after getting my car repaired to make sure it continued to run well before writing a review about it. I kept waiting for it to struggle up a hill as it did before, but it is running smoothly. Accurate Transmissions in Durham was a little out of my way, but they came highly recommended. I have an older model Honda and was afraid that my car had completely died and that I would have to buy another car, for which I didn’t want to have a car payment. The mechanic (and I believe the owner) offered to have me towed. He told me some other things needed repaired along with the transmission work. I knew that his assessment was authentic because he didn’t want to take a chance on making some of the other repairs himself, so I knew he wasn’t trying to sell those repairs to me. My Honda is running great! I’m so excited that I took a chance to have my car repaired and didn’t give up hope on it. It was a much better option having the transmission repairs instead of having another car payment, or forking out cash on another car. Accurate Transmissions also kept me current on the repair process. I highly recommend this shop.

I went and got tires from JT tire on Geer St. And they were really great used tires. There is a man working there by the name of Jeff Philips and he was the best!! He was so nice and he got me in and out fast! I would recomend JT Tire to every one that I knew. And tell them to ask for Jeff!
