So grateful for this service, the ease and convenience of it and how helpful Natalie and Brent were! Plus, I overdid it slightly on the services I ordered and Brent explained what I needed, what I actually didn't and why. I was grateful for that and makes me feel this is a company I can trust and highly recommend to all my friends! From booking online to the time my services were complete, was just over 24 hours. I especially needed that being so short on time this week and also wasn't looking forward to having to find a place to take my car in. I had no idea that this existed, but am so glad I found it!! This place is awful!. I had to take my car back 3 times, and not only that, they had created a whole other issue with my muffler! I would not advise to take your car here. After I took it back the second time, they claimed to have fixed the problem, but after driving it a couple miles, the transmission started to act up again. I paid too much money to still be having the same problems. Please take your car to a real professional, if you don't want to continue having the same issues.

I was driving from Pittsburgh Pa to Myrtle Beach and was spending the night in High Point. I notice that my vehicle was making some front end noise and I thought I needed brakes. I stopped at a local Auto Zone and bought the brakes and they referred me to Dr Ron. I got there before he opened and once he got there I explained to him my problem. He immediately took me in and determined that I did not need brakes and that the problem was a simple fix. I was grateful that he took care of me for a very reasonable price. The world needs more people like Dr. Ron. If I lived in High Point he would definitely be my mechanic. Thank you for the great service Dr.!!!!

Nothing more than a ripoff joint.RUN dont just walk.Use your common sense about these places.They are all alike. First they lure you in with free, free, free.Then they bait you with the low price, then switch to the high price.Oldest scam around, the bait and switch.Use inferior parts, and if you only knew who was "performing " the work.... RUN RUN RUN....

I received a quote from a young man who was working there but when I picked the car up the price given was much higher than the quote I received. In addition, some of the work had not been done as asked- so not only was I asked to pay more, all of the work was not completed. I explained that I would not pay more than the quote and they would not hand over my car key. I called the police who came for assistance. Another thing, I received a voicemail from them at 3:45 saying that they were getting ready to close early and if I did not come they would charge an extra fee for storage! The hours posted on the door was from 9 to 6! This place is dishonest, they do not communicate, and extremely unreliable. "Shady" is the word.
