Within four months the transmission was going out, the total cost to replace it would be $3,500 plus labor and we would also be paying car payments and car insurance which would be full coverage due to not owning the car yet. We payed them over $3000 by the time the transmission really started going out. We were told they could find us another car around the same price and switch the loan to that car. After about 3 months we realized they werent finding us a new car in this time we didnt pay car payments because we thought we were getting a different car. Now they have repossessed the car leaving us without one to get to work and get our kids where they need to go. Im sorry but the service here is severely poor and I would not recommend going here. If you want a car take the time and risk to go to a better dealership and get a loan from a bank for a newer car. Our's was a 2000 and was not worth the money or trouble. Plus when they say they want to help you in any way they can its not true, the guy who sold us the car is also the in-house financing manager and did not do what he said he would for us. Take your business elsewhere.

Me and my wife bought a 2002 Jeep Liberty from these people about a month and a half ago. Since we bought it we have taken it in four times for the same thing. We have had problems with it stalling and either burning or leaking oil. I’ve had to put three quarts in in the past week. yet when we take it to them they seem annoyed with the fact we are bringing it in. their mechanic is a joke, the third time we took it in they didn’t even look at it because he just didn’t come to work for close to a week I took the jeep back and asked them to call me when he decided to come to work, no call. 2 weeks later we called them to see what was going on and they finally scheduled it to be looked at. While my wife was on the phone with them trying to explain what was going on with this vehicle we just bought she was told, and this is a direct quote, "use common sense and don’t drive it then." I didn't buy this jeep to not drive it. In the end I have decided to take this to a real mechanic to figure out what is wrong with it. Bottom line; do not make the same mistake I did. These people are nothing but a bunch of crooks. Once they have your money they will blow you off as much as possible until your warranty has expired and they are no longer required to fix your vehicle.
