I have been a customer of Dawson Motors for about 5 years and they have never disappointed me. But just recently they far exceeded my expectations! My work vehicle had broken down for the last time and it was time to replace it. Without my vehicle, I was totally at a standstill with my construction business. My van was towed into Dawson Motors at 8:45 am on a Saturday. I explained to Bill Dawson that I needed a reliable used van. By chance, he had one on his lot and I asked Bill to give me best deal, that without a vehicle I could not work. He got his wife Linda on the finance part, they made me an offer and I took the deal. My wife and I unloaded my old van of all the tools and supplies and headed home. At 2:30 the same Saturday afternoon Linda called me and said the van was ready for pick up! The Dawson's stayed late in order to get me my van knowing how important it was to my business. I could not have believed anyone would have done this, let alone our small town auto dealership. Needed some Paintless Dent Repair for my 2002 Honda S2000. I couldn't be happier with Dave and Dennis (Twin Brothers) who really love what they do. They did more than I expected and at a fair price. You would think a hand car wash in this area would take care of the cars they wash, but it absolutely does not. Do not bring your car to this hand car wash unless you want it damaged and the car wash to not take responsibility for it. Our brand new car went in with out a dent or scratch and came out with a deep scratch and dent from the metal nozzle on the power washer they use on the wheels. The owner agreed to pay and we got estimates until his wife got involved and blamed us and refused any help fixing the damage that they did! Will definitely not recommend this car wash or go there again!
