What can I say other than Hendersons has the best customer service I have ever experienced in the automotive repair industry. We have been going there for approximately 10 years now, multiple cars under Ed's care (having 3 children of driving age) and do not have one complaint. My check engine light went on and that drives me nuts. Suburban did a complete test and thought it was my old gas cap. After several gas fill ups the light went out today out of the blue. Thanks to Mike and my new Honda gas cap.

Honestly, they are the last of their kind. They are honest and truthful and put their customers miles ahead of any desire to make money.If you have a problem with your vehicle and they diagnose it and find out fixing that problem may not help your vehicle work properly they will tell you instead of just taking the money. This is a really great group of people! They go miles out of their way to help their customers.

Lou & his crew are Great! Exceptional honesty and service. They always have my best interest in mind. There are not many shops any more that convey that "Local, Down Home" feel where you know they will do what it takes to keep my car running like new, but P.E.P. Service Center does. Too bad I cannot rate them with 0 stars as 1 is way too much. took my car for an oil change and found an oil piddle under my car the next day. the car is 3 years old and never leaked. took the car to the authorized dealer and they told me that "who ever performed my previous oil change did not do it right". in addition, it did not feel good when they tried to sell me all these unnecessary things including the break system flush after it was done 6 months ago. don't take your car there. they cannot do a simple job as an oil change right, but they will try to sell you everything you don't need.

This station is awesome! Chris, the manager, is one of the best managers of a service station I have ever experienced. He is consistent, helpful, attentive,honest and treats everyone equally. He does not try and sell you what you don't need and backs up all his work. This place is definitely one of or the best service station in the area. Hats off to the owner for having a great employee like Chris!!!

These guys know what they are doing. On time service and affordable care for your auto, they went out of their way to make sure my issues were resolved. They balanced/aligned my ride better than any dealer will tell you they can do. They know how to service all makes and models, it is worth the trip even if you are not from the Monroe area. KPS did a great job replacing the clutch on my BMW. The price was fair, much lower than three other places we called. Plus the warranty is great. The turn around time was fast. They washed and vacuumed my car when they were done. A pleasant surprise. I will return to KPS for all our families car needs. Very professional and informative.
