Lou & his crew are Great! Exceptional honesty and service. They always have my best interest in mind. We have been going there for approximately 10 years now, multiple cars under Ed's care (having 3 children of driving age) and do not have one complaint. Jake is great for body work. So is Tim for mechanic work. Owner is a smoothy glad-hander mercurial hothead, be prepared to deal with his whims to get to his far better employees who pride in their jobs w your car. Check your bill thoroughly however. Get guarantees in writing.

I purchased a car from the owner, Roger and the motor blew on the way home. His answer to me was when he found out the motor blew was “you bought it as is.” Great guy!

After being asked to pay hundreds of dollars to replace alternator, starter and battery somewhere else. I towed my car for a second opinion to Neptune Transmission. They found out I only needed a Starter and two battery terminals. Neptune Transmission is an honest place that saved me money. I recomemend Neptune Transmission to anyone.
