Called them Monday morning and my guy who I deal with, was out sick, so the Girl at the front desk, Cat got my car over to their shop right away! I even had the wrong phone number! His prices are a little more expensive than other places, but he always gets to the root of the problem and he is trustworthy. Routinely, he tells us when we can wait to get a service done or if we don't need to do it at all. In the end, this saved us a ton of money.
