Lou & his crew are Great! Exceptional honesty and service. They always have my best interest in mind. There are not many shops any more that convey that "Local, Down Home" feel where you know they will do what it takes to keep my car running like new, but P.E.P. Service Center does. What can I say other than Hendersons has the best customer service I have ever experienced in the automotive repair industry. We have been going there for approximately 10 years now, multiple cars under Ed's care (having 3 children of driving age) and do not have one complaint. I've come here for minor repairs such as tire patch and major ones too like exhaust work. I'm very happy with their service, work, prices and staff. Matts a great guy, I've seen some of the higher end cars he works with and feel very confident in his abilities. If you are looking for a shop, give them a try you won't be disappointed!

After being asked to pay hundreds of dollars to replace alternator, starter and battery somewhere else. I towed my car for a second opinion to Neptune Transmission. They found out I only needed a Starter and two battery terminals. Neptune Transmission is an honest place that saved me money. I recomemend Neptune Transmission to anyone.
