During the alignment, the mechanic broke off a piece of my front grill while opening the hood of my car. I noticed the damage 5 days later. There is a fresh break on we're the missing silver piece was on my grill. Sears took pictures and then told me they would not take responsibility for the damage. The repair will cost $60. They have poor work ethics there. If you do decide to get there, check your entire vehicle before you leave. I am speaking to corporate tomorrow.

I had brought my car in for a state inspection and was informed the front rotors had failed. I had recently done the pads myself, and they were completely honest with me and suggested replacing the pads either way so I didn't have any further issues. Because of there honesty I agreed to have everything they had suggested, done. It was done in no time! Its the employees like this that make this company stand out! Excellent customer service skills and definitely know the industry (because I sure don't!) I definitely suggest going to STS for your repairs! I sure will be returning! Thanks guys!
Sears Auto center in Neshaminy is the most trustworthy auto service ce... read more Sears Auto center in Neshaminy is the most trustworthy auto service center I have been to. The store manager Shawn is very helpful. In my experience I always got the best advice on my vehicle repair. Never did they recommend anything that was not required. I was there for flat repair, Midas was asking me to replace the tire. Sears said tire was in good shape. They have free installation on Shocks, Dealership charges upwards of $60 for installation. And shocks are warrantied for 1 year. They show a genuine concern for the vehicle. They value your time too. I will rate this at 7 stars if there were a rating that high. Most of the sears stores are good, but this store is better than others what I have been to.
