I was lectured by the attendant about pulling up next to a pump that had a pail of water and squeegee next to it. Apparently, I lack "common sense" for not knowing that a pail next to a pump means the pump is closed and I must also be hard of hearing because it was repeated to me over and over again! This is customer service??? Exxon will never get my business again!
