After two very unsatisfactory experiences with this enterprise, we now take our vehicles elsewhere for service. On both occasions we brought our vehicles in for routine maintenance and were told that specific and costly repairs were required after the inspections were performed - and this after TWO WEEKS of having each one our vehicles out of commission while in their shop. We pulled both vehicles out and took them to two other mechanics for diagnosis; neither one could identify or confirm the issues claimed by Whitehead which had set us back nearly $1k for their inspections. We had the repairs performed timely per the recommendation of the new mechanic, and everything is in working order - and for several thousand dollars less than what Whitehead estimated. Strongly recommend you go for a second opinion before you commit to work by this business.
