Originally I was told I would have to wait a couple of weeks to have the gasoline leak repaired on my Alfa Romeo because they were swamped with vehicles for repair. But not so! I was called within the week that my sports car was ready to be picked up, all fixed and ready to drive once again. Wonderful news!

Honest in the car repair business... who'd a thunk it? Twice now Nobles could have really soaked me for repairs that were difficult and time consuming and both times I expected to pay in the hundreds of dollars as I have at other repair establishments. Both times the repair turned out to be something other than expected and the costs came in at less than $100. Highly recommended.

I have been going to John's Auto Care Inc. for a couple of years. They are always on top of every thing. They have been nothing but understanding, kind and courteous. They get your vehicles in and out. The work they have done on my vehicles has been outstanding. The new detailing service they have is great. They made my ten year old vehicle look like it was new. I never had a problem with this place until September 2012. I dropped my car off for an inspection. There was a new face at the desk. This person called me and told me that I needed $1,200 worth of work to pass inspection. I didn't believe him and took it to another reputable shop. My vehicle passed inspection with no problem. In fact, it even passed again today, for the second time. This place will rip you off.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE as fast as you can. I wanted two Monroe load adjusting shocks installed in the rear of my Ford Freestar minivan. Online cost was $ 88 for TWO shocks. Here at Monro, they quoted me around $ 400 for the shocks and installation!!! Where in a rational world would TWO rear shocks cost FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS to install? Even if they marked up the shocks 50% that would make my cost $ 135. That leaves $ 265 FOR LABOR to install two rear shocks in about 15 minutes??? Businesses like this that try to fleece unsuspecting senior citizens shouldn’t be allowed to stay in business.
