Problem come Scruggs make problem gone Papo come Car has cel how come?

My vehicle was towed to Scruggs. They do not work on Friday, Saturday or Sunday so it’s sad there for over five days when they finally were able to look at it. They charged over $2300 for a water pump replacement and one headlight two license plate lamps. It then died a few days later. My regular mechanic said he could see the fire going inside the vehicle due to the alternator not being tightened enough from repairs done at Scruggs. Now I am out an additional $650. Do not recommend.

I have been taking all my family's vehicles to Gerry's Service for many years. Old cars, new cars, SUV's and pickup trucks - they have all been taken care of so well by Bruce and the Boys! Service is always outstanding, appointments are easy to make and the price is always very reasonable. This shop is a joke. They preyed on my wife trying to charge her $145 for a serpentine belt change after failing her on an inspection. The serpentine belt for her car costs $16. Wow. There is actually a sign in their shop stating that if you give a positive online review they will give you money off service. Enough said. These guys are thieves.

Look elsewhere, this place has a lack of respect for your auto. They did paint repair to my car and it was nothing but a headache. OVERSPRAY!!! everywhere, interior carpet, door panel and exterior panels not being repaired!!! Didn't plug my headlight back in, door panel installed improper, missing body push pins, and worse of all BAD BLENDING OF PAINT!!. They offered to repair any issues but I told them first impression are everything and you failed miserably.. I took car to another shop to get thing fixed right. Oh yeah forgot to mention the paint started peeling on the edges after 2months, had a another guy look at it, they said no one sanded the surface down and that's why the paint is coming off. If you like your car or truck avoid this place at all costs!!
