Had a timing chain tensioner issue, it was a big job and knew this was the place to go. Honest about how complicated things can get and with their cost, they did a excellent job. Extremely happy with their service over the years from simple oil changes to most complicated of jobs. These are the guys to go to, no question about it.

My car broke down in a parking lot about 2.5 miles from their location, called up in the morning, dropped off the keys, and that was it, about 3 hours later Dave called to let me know my starter needed to be replaced. The cost incl. having to tow the vehicle was inline with what I was anticipating. They also let me know about a couple of other issues I needed to take care of, and since they already had the vehicle and had earned my trust, I had them take care of everything. I'll definitely be going back...

I have been bringing my cars to Oakwood Car Care for as long as they have been open. I have always been treated professionally and with care. Joe , the owner is always both personable and helpful. Mike, the manager is friendly, efficient, caring, knowledgeably, and ever so helpful. He oversees the work and you almost never have to come back after a repair. I BROUGHT MY TRUCK TO PICAS AUTOMOTIVE IT WAS A PLEASURE DEALING DIRECTLEY WITH THE OWNER.HE SHOWED ME WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND FIXED IT IMMEDIATELY WHEN I TOLD HIM I NEEDED IT FOR WORK.I ASKED HIM TO CHECK MY BRAKES TO SEE IF THEY NEEDED TO BE REPACED HE TOLD ME I STILL HAD 40% LEFT ON THEM I WAS SURPRISED BECAUSE FIRESTONE TOLD ME THEY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED, THATS THE DIFFERANCE BETWEEN A CORPORATE SHOP AND A PRIVATELY OWNED SHOP.THIS IS WHAT THEY CALL OLD SCHOOL IM GLAD THERE IS STILL AN AUTO SHOP LIKE PICAS. I WILL DEFINANTLY BE GOING TO PICAS IN THE FUTURE FOR ALL MY MECHANICAL PROBLEMS... THANKS AGAIN PICAS!!!!

Twin Towers has been my service station/repair shop and especially my fill-up station for more years than I can remember ... I moved here in 1992. From my 1st visit I knew I was in competent hands. By age 67, I’ve had quite a large experience with mechanics, etc. By far Twin Towers is the best. Prompt scheduling for car emergencies, frequent calls with any sub-optimal or abnormal findings, options, estimates, updates, road test results, etc. There are never any surprises. It’s a family-owned business for generations. Twin Towers is the only service station I’ll ever use. “5 stars” doesn’t adequately describe the experience you will have at Twin Towers.

Lou & his crew are Great! Exceptional honesty and service. They always have my best interest in mind. There are not many shops any more that convey that "Local, Down Home" feel where you know they will do what it takes to keep my car running like new, but P.E.P. Service Center does. Great owner and good workers. I go there more than my own dealer. The owner, Bob is a nice guy with fair prices who doesn't need an appointment and can fix most car problems. FYI: Just go there when they open for faster service.

Great customer service and good prices. I was in a bind and they had four new tires installed within an hour of my first phone call to them. Their price was within twenty dollars of Costco/TireRack. My future tire purchases will be made here!

Shawn and his crew addressed all of this repair and reviewed in detail what all of the expenses were prior to my commitment to doing the work. Any questions I had were answered immediately and if there were any unforeseen issues, I was assured via phone calls that the right job would be done. They have made me feel secure in that both myself and my family would be safer after this repair. My car rides and steers as good as it did when I first bought it. I am a long time customer, the last 12 + years, and I will keep coming back because they completed the work within 1 day after making an scheduled appointment.

Had a fantastic experience over at Brookside. It's never convenient to go without your car, and body damage repairs are always a mystery... But Paul and Richie over at Brookside really take care of you. I mean, I was blown away by their responsiveness, patience in explaining everything, and resourcefulness in arranging rental cars and dealing with insurance companies. My truck was back exactly when they said it would be. And it hasn't looked this good since the day I brought it from the dealer.
