I was in fairly serious accident as far as car damage goes.  Towed me took me home, called and worked with my insurance that evening.  Week later I had my car back detailed.  Very easy to deal with no nonsense, normal prices good work.  Keeping their business card ( but hoping I will not need to use it ;-)

beware they will cheat you at every turn.a few weeks ago my wife was driving  home & she hit a unmaned parked police truck.
i took a cab over told the NYC police that i would call a tow truck but they said they already called one & i can't call one.
so their tow truck showed up & i asked him to tow us to the body shop i use & he said its sunday night & he could only tow us to his shop.
the bottom line is when i went to pick up my car a few days later-the charge was $974 cash-the only thing they did was to tow my car ($80 charge on the tow truck) show my car to the insurance adjuster & move it from the inside to the outside.
