From the start he made a very unpleasant situation painless (sending tow truck, we dropped off our rental at his shop & he arranged to get it back to enterprise etc.) and kept us informed the entire way. I was only interested in working with an entrusted Audi factory repair shop and Elrich certainly has rightfully earned their position on that list.
