Called this guy a week ago about installing a car radio. Said he would check to see if he could do it and get back to me within a day. Two days later I call him again since he had not called. While on the phone with me he is checking and find out yes he can get the part. Ask how long - he says usually part is delivered over night, he will call me. Three days later after not hearing from him again, I call early Sat morning - he is at a football game needs to get to a quiet area - he'll call me back. Several hours later I called again since he had not - I tried to ask him if he had an estimate of when I could expect to schedule a time to actually have the work done and he nastily said something about he's not the right person for me and hung up on me. Too bad - I like to support local business but was more than happy to go up to Best Buy - where they did it in a day, for same price and very pleasant customer service.
