Fuel injection repair service near Centerburg, OH

I got quoted $2k on a steering control arm replacement. I don’t do much auto work myself. With my limited auto repair experience it took me barely 2 hours by myself. $1k quote for a simple brake and rotor replacement. I’m sure their repair quality is fine but their prices are completely unreasonable. I will not be back

This place is HORRIFIC. We have had the worst experience EVER with Clayton who works in the shop. They "rebuilt" our transmission and within 24 hours it broke again and they are currently refusing to pay for their mistakes (or even own up to them, for that matter). We live in Chicago and are now arguing with him from 8 hours away, and he is a huge jerk. I am contacting all of his superiors so they all know about his unprofessional attitude and horrible work on our car. We have currently been without a car for a month total. And they refuse to pay for a rental car for us, so we have incurred that expense on our own. I will NEVER, EVER buy another Ford car or use Coughlin Ford, and neither will my family and friends who live in Johnstown. They are undeserving of any stars.

IPS is a GREAT company!!!They provided great service at a GREAT PRICE!!!IPS is right down the street from me and i never even knew it! They provide EVERY service for cars and trucks,probably any type of vehicle and the showroom is very nice and clean!They even have a keurig coffee maker with different flavors or you can make tea too..Their service shop area is the nicest i have ever seen in Columbus,Oh by far!!!! They have about 12-15 car and truck lifts and 2-3 alignment racks,also the shop area is HUGE!!! They took me to the shop area and i was blown away how nice and clean it is and all kinds of very nice sports cars that will blow your mind!!!!They are a very great company for custom work also which is obvious when you see the shop area with soooo many beautiful customized very expensive cars,you name it and they do it!!!! You would expect to pay a fortune when you see the whole place but i was floored when they gave me an estimate on the work i had done!!! I can tell you this,whatever i need done in the future i WILL DEFINITELY be taking my cars there!!!Especially if it is custom work i need done!The staff were excellent and very nice,also VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! I will recommend them to everyone i know and even if i don't know them!!! Like i stated it is the nicest auto shop i have EVER SEEN in Columbus,Ohio or for that matter any shop even remotely close to Columbus!!! My wife was given a 2004 Lexus ES300 by her mother. It had sat for about year before my wife started driving it. Although the car was in great shape we soon learned that it needed a brak job. We took it to a dealership in Delaware, Ohio and were given an estimate of almost 1/2 the cars value. I decided to go online and look for another mechanic in the Delaware area. Boy was I glad I did. I read a bunch of reviews about James Church and his staff at Oxford Automotive and decided to contact him to discuss our issues. He was very careful to not badmouth the dealership I took the car to, which was clearly due to his Faith. He suggested I bring the car in and he would give us PT Crusier rental car for a set one time price that is equal to a daily price from rental agencies. Long story short, he was able to fix all of our issues and them some and still save us over $500 from what the dealership was quoting. He also made suggestions as to what might be needed in the future but never once pushed to have it done immediately. The entire staff we dealt with was so nice and proefssional which was quite refreshihng. This is one place that does business the old fashioned way and we were so appreciative of the honesty and quality of work. Thanks so much James, and also thank your staff for us!
