Car detailing service near Granville, OH

They were excellent. They were early and didn't even bother me at work. They came to get the car, did it, and I wrote them a check. The price was reasonable and I was impressed by their responsiveness.

Car wouldn't start....called james and broad towing company to tow my car to the shop well it was 3AM and the guy who towed my car was not sure if they would let them drop a car off on to the auto shop location that it was so late. The driver said that if he couldn't get there that my car would be delivered first thing in the morning. Car was not delivered until 3PM and not only that but all change including pennies was taken from my car. Called to report and a guy tells me that there lot is secured and they are not responsible. HORRIBLE TOWING COMPANY DON'T GO THERE BEWARE

I took my car there to have the door lock fixed and they broke my window, as in it no longer goes up and down and when I took it back they refused to fix it.

I made an appointment for between 8:30 and 9:00 to have my car serviced on the morning of June 5. When I arrived at 8:50 I was told that both bays were full and that they could not service my car while I waited. They had my phone # on record as I have done business there for years but they chose not to call me. I am 65 with a husband that is 83 and does not drive. Leaving my car is not an option. I feel insulted and will NEVER call this station again for anything!!!!!!!!!!
