This service was incredible! The mechanic was timely, knowledgeable, and professional. I had my oil changed and break pads/rotors replaced without leaving my house... and for cheaper than your standard shops. My favorite part? I wasn't being upsold on air filters and fluids! Went to Firestone, had their 'Lifetime Alignment' (BS), wanted to get my van aligned they wanted over $400 for misc front end repairs, I checked everything in my garage (I can't do computer alignments) I then took my van to Certified where they also inspected everything and had the alignment done in 45min. Firestone wanted to make some $, they didn't know I've worked on my own for over 30yrs, Certified did not try to stick me with a bill, they did the work and my fuel economy more than doubled. They are honest

I called around to get a better price than the dealer gave me, talked to George and he was very courteous and tried to help me. I then took the car in to be checked . These guys are very good. I moved into the neighborhood in 2016. My brakes went bad quick and I did not want to risk driving far. As a broke college student at the time, I was hesitant to get my car repaired at a gas station, but.... they were wonderful! Priced very competitively and quick! I went back when my ball joints went out, again, very competitively priced! My son inherited this car I speak of in 2018 and insists on using them from oil changes to repairs. I got a flat on a Saturday morning on my way out of Cleveland and back to Rhode Island. The folks at Terrys took care of me and had me in a new set of tires and back on the road in 90 minutes. I can count on these guys when I'm in a jam with my car. They are fair and don't rake us over the coals with inflated prices. They try their best to get me up and running as soon as possible. If you are looking for a 'bells and whistles' outfit---this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a very solid, locally owned, honest auto repair shop than can handle a wide variety of repairs---check them out.

vehicle purchased from them 4 years ago balance was paid. they come back 4 years after car paid steal with tow truck and say there was a $200 and some dollar balance not one phone call or invoice knock at door nothing for 4years!!at this address for 30 years. no letter no phone call. avoid doing business with this group!!

UNHELPFUL. Rude and would not even listen to the problem without stating that "no, we cannot give an estimate. no, we won't do that." Was going to use their towing company but now would not even CONSIDER dealing with such rude people. Fix your customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
