Before finding them we have all had several bad experiences elsewhere. They are very helpful and honest. They are the only one that I trust my elderly fathers car with. We will NEVER go anywhere else.

Told me he did not need me to tell him what was wrong with my car because he could diagnose the same as a doctor diagnoses his patient. Well I don't know about you but if I go in to see my doctor he asked me why I am there. Brakes were making a grinding noise when applied, not loud but wanted it fixed. Also the lever for the emergency brake would not budge. When I picked up the car he told me that due to cold weather the brake pans had some rust and he polished them. As for the emergency brake he said "I fixed it so that the lever goes up and down." That is all he did, you can drive my car with the emergency brake lever completely engaged. Don't waste your time or money with Auto Remedy. Find someone else.
worst shop ever they are not certified,they smoke while working on you... read more worst shop ever they are not certified,they smoke while working on your car they get the inside greasy and if your a girl they will hit on you up front of your boyfriend they make you think your getting a good deal but your not they are useing the cheapest parts they can find and they will tell you your getting a good part. i cant even give them a rating.. never be back there again. the shop went down badly after the one owner left now it full of drunks and yes the have beer in the shop too
