Ronny & Lilah and the rest of the team are the best!!! Ronny is the best most honest mechanic I've ever seen in my life! He will take care of the car as if it was his own. Doesn't charge you without a reason. And the prices are reasonable! Love Lilah she's always smiling and nice, so good at her job, always on top of things, with pricing, calling back, and explaining what the car needs through the phone( for people like me that don't have any clue about cars). Great shop, I would not charge it with any other place. I've been living in NY for the last 5 years and Ronny is still my mechanic. I can drive 2 hours just for him to check the car. Ps. I had a problem with my 2018 Audi where my "check engine" , cruise control, and traction light kept flashing. Very helpful Dylan at front desk, Josh ( mechanic) was informative. He did not charge me at the end of the diagnosis, solved the issue. I recommend these techs to everyone. But especially to those who do not know much about Audi's and do not want to be taken for an (expensive) ride.

The folks at Extra Mile always do an excellent and thorough job of keeping my 10 year old Nissan running like new. And they always manage to perform maintenance/repairs quickly and efficiently on MY schedule.

I took my Volvo here because they said they were Volvo certified - they are not. Although the car was running perfectly fine, we wanted them to check out a "Check transmission next service" message. Three thousand dollars later, the message is still there and the car is stone cold dead in my driveway. They said there is nothing more they can do - and they were RUDE about it. Also, a Volvo mechanic told me that they charge at least 1 1/2 times what others charge. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

This place is reliable, honest, neither slow nor fast, and is economical. It is best to call them during working hours, describe the issue(s), and set an appointment for drop off. They allow you to drop the keys through a mail slot and leave your car if dropping off before they open. They call you if there are issues and when the auto is ready for pick up. They offer great services, at good prices, give decent estimates, and communicate any issues during the process. The only drawback is that Tom is kind of a curmudgeon. He is a very honest and trustworthy person, but is grumpy nine times out of ten. My wife and I have been going to Stephanou's for about seven years or so. They are awesome.

I had to call roadside assistance to take a flat tire off and put on my spare. I took the flat to Delco Auto to see if it could be fixed. Steve said the sidewall was torn and I needed a new tire. He ordered it but in the meantime my boyfriend said I should try Tires Plus. Unfortunately due to the storm they were closed. So I got the tire from Delco because it's the closest tire place and I figured I could walk over to Walt's and get a steak while I wait. Steve puts the new tire on then comes inside and hands me a lug nut. He asks me who put the spare on and I said my roadside assistance. He says, "well they broke this lug nut off, and the pin that it screws onto is broken off inside. You need to call them and see what they'll do for you. They'll probably try to blame me, but this was already broken as I was taking the spare off." First of all, the guy from roadside assistance used HAND TOOLS. How much strength would he need to break off a pin and a lug nut with a tire iron? Second, if it was broken how did Steve hand it to me? Wouldn't it just be gone if the roadside guy broke it? This is simply a nightmare. I should have waited another day and gone to Tires Plus where surely this type of thing doesn't happen and if it does, they'd own up to it. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT go to Delco Auto & Tire.

Been taking my imported car problems to Fred Sonsini off and on since the 1990s. Terrific service, high integrity, fair prices, extensive knowledge and experience. "Old school" in the best sense of the term. Highly recommend.
