This place is reliable, honest, neither slow nor fast, and is economic... read more This place is reliable, honest, neither slow nor fast, and is economical. It is best to call them during working hours, describe the issue(s), and set an appointment for drop off. They allow you to drop the keys through a mail slot and leave your car if dropping off before they open. They call you if there are issues and when the auto is ready for pick up. They offer great services, at good prices, give decent estimates, and communicate any issues during the process. The only drawback is that Tom is kind of a curmudgeon. He is a very honest and trustworthy person, but is grumpy nine times out of ten. My wife and I have been going to Stephanou's for about seven years or so. They are awesome.

My in-laws have been coming here for years with their cars and are great customers. My husband and I took his car here to get checked out because it was not starting. We thought we were in good hands since the family has been here so many times and they've dealt with this particular car. They replaced a part and in the process shorted the entire computer system, yet they are denying it. We know they did it because when we brought the car in there was electric flowing (sound when we tried to start the car) and after they replaced the fuel pump, nothing. The autoshop that is now taking care of it even says the previous work almost definitely shorted it. They have only done a diagnosis so far. Now we need a new computer system PLUS the original fuel pump. Spending an extra $1600 for something JONES' broke. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE. And neither will my in-laws. Don't go here, clearly they won't make good what THEY broke even when your family has given them years of business.
