I was looking to purchase a vehicle through them and had already established a history with them. this was to be my second vehicle through them. when I did numbers the ticket price was 700 more than the website and the owner told me that the online prices are cash only and it's not documented anywhere on their site. Also told me I had to purchase their warranty which isn't worth it cause most places won't accept it and you'll end up paying almost as much without the warranty. I was told we could do a deal here, pay financing and they called me the next day and claimed his "finance guy" advised against it cause I had mentioned I was "considering" using my vehicle for commercial use. He was fine with me using the vehicle for whatever I wanted when I was originally going through the banks, and not purchasing their warranty. I will never, ever do business with them again.

Service Dept is a JOKE!!! They push extended warranties and then DO N... read more Service Dept is a JOKE!!! They push extended warranties and then DO NOT want to stand by them. Every problem that you may have, their answer to the problem is "making you a Great Deal" on another vehicle because they can not repair your vehicle. If you are looking to purchase a new or used car and you are in the area of this dealership, Turn around & Drive away as fast as you can! The problem is not with Ford product, its with this dealership.
