Auto inspection service near Crescent, PA

While visiting Pittsburgh, I had to schedule an oil change and went to Baum Blvd Automotive on the strength of their service to my 2005 Honda Civic when I lived in Pittsburgh. It turned out that, over the course of a New England winter, my car had accumulated a couple of extra problems since work was last done, including a rusty oil pan and damaged rear wheel hubs. I want to note that Baum Blvd Automotive went out of their way to earn my trust on somewhat pricy repairs, offering to call my regular mechanic and seeking out ways to offer me discounts. When I got home and had a regularly scheduled tire swap, my mechanic noted that Baum Blvd Automotive had definitely identified problems I would not want to drive home on and they would have given me similar advice. My only note is that it took rather a long time for the parts to arrive. I was not in a hurry, however, and I did leave Pittsburgh on schedule and safely, thanks to Baum Blvd Automotive.

Andy's is an asset to me and my (family) fleet of vehicles. They do exactly what you want, without trying to see how much more parts or services they can talk you into. I don't worry when I take my cars to them, and I have never been disappointed.

As always they accommodated my needs schedule-wise and did a truly excellent job!

Been taking my cars there for over 20 yrs and never once did I ever have a problem or issue with them. Ken the owner is a tremendous mechanic and person. Many times over the years he would fit me in his schedule no mattter how busy they were. Importantly he will never tell you that your vehicle needs something if it doesnt like other garages may do. Reasonable rates and honest. Not trying to rip you off like so many shops. They did a front brake job for me and honestly it is one of the best jobs I've ever had done. Possibly better than I could do myself. Tired of going in for an inspection and them trying to leverage you into $600 to $800 dollar bill? Then I would suggest going to Auto House. They haven't recommended anything that honestly didn't need to be done.
