They always do a great job and are extremely honest with me. I have an 18 year old Saturn which has been very good to me, but occasionally needs service. They always correct the problem and explain to me exactly what the car needed. They always call me before making any repairs to get my approval!!! That is very important to me. All the mechanics and the owner, John, are wonderful, hard working, honest people!!! I would recommend Hughes Auto Service to anyone in the area without hesitation! You won't be sorry!!!!
Be sure to read your invoice/ service record for the whole story... al... read more Be sure to read your invoice/ service record for the whole story... although standard, Blair's does not perform all aspects of car service and do not consider it their responsibility to tell you, "It's written on the service report..." Their lack of communication about what service they conduct, and don't,although standard, just cost me the same the same $300 I spent last year for the same service...funny, their sure to tell you the price on the invoice, but not what service you need to follow up with on your own with another service station to have a complete repair.
