My mom had an appointment with Anthony's today for State Inspection and an Oil Change and could not believe how well she was treated, and how honest Mike was with her. She called me almost giddy. She's so relieved that she has a place to take her car that she can trust. The owner has been ARRESTED in October 2011 indicted on multiple THEFT charges and tax evasion. We had our mini van worked on there. When we got it back, the engine head leaked. We went in for an oil change. It ended up costing us over $2200.00 to fix the damages they intentionally made. We also had to ADD 2 qt of oil to engine after the oil change ?????

He is rude and unprofessional. He did not fix my car after having it over 3 weeks, I had to have it towed to another shop, and had to rent a car. As a woman, he is lucky my husband kept his cool. He never returned my calls, and when I could get over there, the place was closed. I never heard so many excuses, how busy he was, what he thought was wrong with it, what a bad experience. How can I select a star rating?
