They diagnosed it as a motor problem and quoted about $625 to replace the motor. Motor was fixed and garage door worked fine BUT they said they do not carry and fix the bulbs. We were told we had to put our own bulbs. Not a problem, we handed some energy saving bulbs (flourescent).. Mechanic said they won't fit, we need to put the old style incandescent bulbs. So after spending $625 we have a working garage door but the light does not work till I get a appropriate bulb from the store. [WE do not have good natural light in the garage so this is quite inconvenient] If you are using them please be aware..
