My wife and I tend to buy vehicles new from the dealer and then keep them for at least a decade. Mark and his crew help us keep our vehicles on the road. I was particularly pleased when Mark not only completely replaced the rear brakes on my 02 Silverado 3500., but he also updated the Truck's computer with the latest software version! Now the truck shifts much more smoothly. On our 04 Honda Civic, we noticed that the coolant seemed to be needing replacement much too often. Mark, using chemical analysis, found that the head gasket was leaking. Mark and his crew were able to tackle this very labor intensive job and had the Honda back on the road in a few days. If I can see a zero on here, i would be rating this place a zero so others be aware. Am forced to believe that they are very insensitive business people who don't care about their customers. My experience here is annoying and very frustrating, ts a feeling of we have taken your money so what you gonna do about it. I took my car for AC repair they did their so called comprehensive diginosis and gave me a report to fix 3 things totaling to about $1300 or so I asked for a discount and I was given about $75 or so discount I agreed and left my car for repairs a day or 2 later was told to get my car that it's ready for pickup, the so called fixed Ac didn't work well I didnt realize this because following days weather was cool and i was mostly using my other car, my husband was the one who noticed about a week later when he returned home that AC wasn't working we took it back to them and the story changed, THAT NOW the Condenser and 2 other things are bad) that i have to pay another $2500 for it to be fixed. This is crazy and annoying cos Now they want me to pay almost $4000 to fix Ac when i should have just decided otherwise maybe get a new car instead I pleaded with them to be considerate on way forward for my already paid $1235 cos i wasnt going to pay $4000 to fix it and it was their fault that they had 1st done half or miss diginosised my car but they told me its my problem. This is very heartless for a so-called reputable business To treat people like this up to now very hurt cos i convinced my husband about them. After my experience, we further seached for more reviews about the company and found those that are hidden, We realized that others had been treated same way before at this same allied automotive business on Hamilton pa. I will advice you do DEEP reseach on their REVIEWS before fixing your car here. For me, this does not end here because this is not fare and it's pure robbery from innocent hard working people because they think or believe we can't do anything to them so why not?

Although they were unable to get my RV in the door (literally), Cliff took the time to help me trouble-shoot what could be causing my brake-dragging issue, and then referred me to someone else who may be able to help. He shared an RV war story as well, so good vibes here! Thanks, Harry

I always get repairs done right at Cherba's and for a reasonable price.

DO NOT GO TO TIRE DADDY!!!! They over torched my tires to the point that all of the threads were cross threaded and unable to come off. I went to three different shops and am still unable to get the tires off! I spent over 300 getting this fixed and had to buy new rims!!! I called them to ask for reimbursement and was told; "sue me"! Horrible customer service and incompetent work! I would never go there again!

American Tire located at 3699 Eberhart Rd, Whitehall, Pa is a dishonest shop who doesn't stand by their mistakes. I brought my car in for a flat repair and ended up waiting over two hours since they don't take appointments. It is what it is but what happened next has me infuriated. I don't write reviews but this warning needs to be posted. I specifically told them that the vehicle has a passengers side flat. They informed me that they didn't find anything in the left side but took the right tire off out of curiosity and found the flat. They then informed me that my wheel studs were stripped and that they would fix it for a fee. I said they can't possibly be stripped because they were hand threaded on. Upon inspection the threads were found to be stripped going on. It is impossible to strip threads in the wrong direction. They had no business or permission to even remove this tire. The owners attitude and demeanor is enough to tell everyone I know to go somewhere else. Pep Boys stripped the front studs during a tire rotation but had the integrity to replace them free of charge. Beware of this shop as their low prices could lead to costly repairs because of their negligence. Stay clear and go to a shop who will get the job done right and stand by their work.

Can always count on you guys to be fair & honest. That's a value that now a days is hard to come by!

I brought my car for a ~$400 simple repair... they indeed fixed it... BUT damaged exhaust system... it took $800 to get it fixed... so my advice to you is... oil change - why not... anything else RUN AWAY before they get your car!

THESE GUYS ARE HONEST & VERY RELIABLE. THEY FIXED MY SUBARU AND GUARANTEED THE WORK. THE WAITING AREA & SHOP ARE IMMACULATE. THEY EVEN HAVE WII FII AXCESS. I COULD WORK WHILE I GOT MY CAR FIXED. THANKS

I must say that the folks at Meiser's go above and beyond in the areas of customer service, and quality work. We came to The Reading/Topton area of Eastern Pennsylvania to visit family in the nursing home in Topton. We needed to get a family car inspected, but only had Friday to do this (we live in Ohio, and needed to return on Sunday). During the inspection, it was discovered that the car had a bad shock absorber. We were in a bind, as the area dealership could not get the car in on Friday afternoon to fix the issue. I called Meiser's to see if they could get the shocks in, and install them on the car. They called to make sure they could get the parts, and were able to get the car in to install them on Friday afternoon. One of the employees even loaned us a car so we could visit with family at the nursing home while our car was being worked on. This was MORE than over and above the call of duty, and gave us additional time with family that we would have missed out on but for her kindness. We would recommend Meiser's to anyone looking for quality auto work, and excellent customer service!
