My check engine light went on and that drives me nuts. Suburban did a complete test and thought it was my old gas cap. After several gas fill ups the light went out today out of the blue. Thanks to Mike and my new Honda gas cap.

Had an emergency over a weekend. Called on a Monday morning. Don got me in, fixed the issues, and I'm safe on the road again. Couldn't have gone better! Thank you!

Brought my Toyota Tacoma in for a new clutch when I got it back the 4wd was not working. They clam not to have anything to do with not working but it worked for me the week I brought the truck in for the clutch. Just stop working not their fault they said so I would have to pay to get it fix. They charged me $600 for a part I could get from a part supplier for $250-- charge me $1000 for the repair on top of the $1600 for the clutch. I trusted them and boy did I pay for it. they had my truck for over ten day thanks guys

This place has changed a lot. It is not the same as when I first started coming. Under new management, and I noticed new employees also. The service just isn’t as great as before; it has gone down. There’s no more friendliness or professionalism. When you ask a question, it feels like they either don’t know the answer or just refuse to answer and give you a blank stare. It’s so sad when companies go from good to bad because people just don’t care about their customers or clients anymore. But I will not be bringing my business there anymore. It is so sad to see this place go downhill. I wish you guys luck in the near future.

I was referred to Dick and Rips by my friend. He takes all of his vehicles there. I knew the place had to be good because my friend is super picky. I have went to their shop a couple of times in the last few months to have my vehicle inspected- have them install 2 new tires and some other misc work. Each time I called them - they were friendly and very helpful.When I took my vehicle to the shop - they got the job done in a timely manner and didn't rip me off. This is an honest place to do business with. Here is an example -when I would apply the break on my vehicle, it would stop real hard and screech. I was told by their shop manager that this was because of me using the emergency brake on flat ground.The emergency brake was getting stuck. He said it would stop doing this if I didn't use the emergency brake on level ground. I stopped using the emergency brake on level ground and the problem went away. He could have easily told me that I needed rear brakes. I am happy to say that I have found my place. They are right down the road from me -they do good work and are very honest. If you find any bad reviews about this place - it has to be a competitor who is leaving them. I have had no problems with this business. I will be a repeat customer! Thanks guys!
