Emissions testing service near Waynesburg, PA

Brought my car in for new break pads and ended up charging me for a list of other repairs, and it started having problems again. He did not provide a receipt for this work, and refuses to finish the work he was paid for.

My husband and I were driving through Cannonsburg (100 miles from home) when our brakes on our truck failed due to a leaking brake line. We didn't know where to go or how long it would take to get it fixed. Becky got our truck into the service bay immediately, the tech replaced the faulty brake line, and we were out the door within an hour - all at a very reasonable price. I took my jeep in to have the engine replaced about 3 weeks ago, they still haven't finished the work. I was told that their "engine guy" was unreliable and shows up when he feels like it. I called today and they told me the same thing they told me last week, it's going to be 2 or 3 more days. They haven't done anything yet but take the old motor out. I'm not a mechanic and I don't know much about cars, but 3 weeks seems a little excessive to take out a motor. I'm stuck with no car and there's nothing I can do! I'm very frustrated with this whole situation. PLEASE DO NOT give these people your business, maybe if people quit going there they'll think about maybe getting a new "motor guy" that actually wants to work.
