Have been going there 15 years; Tom and his dad are very personable and treat people like friends. Very honest. If there is a wait for service, I think it's because they just can't say 'No' when they are already busy. I always leave my car for the day. ;)

My wife and I tend to buy vehicles new from the dealer and then keep them for at least a decade. Mark and his crew help us keep our vehicles on the road. I was particularly pleased when Mark not only completely replaced the rear brakes on my 02 Silverado 3500., but he also updated the Truck's computer with the latest software version! Now the truck shifts much more smoothly. On our 04 Honda Civic, we noticed that the coolant seemed to be needing replacement much too often. Mark, using chemical analysis, found that the head gasket was leaking. Mark and his crew were able to tackle this very labor intensive job and had the Honda back on the road in a few days. I always get repairs done right at Cherba's and for a reasonable price.

DO NOT GO TO TIRE DADDY!!!! They over torched my tires to the point that all of the threads were cross threaded and unable to come off. I went to three different shops and am still unable to get the tires off! I spent over 300 getting this fixed and had to buy new rims!!! I called them to ask for reimbursement and was told; "sue me"! Horrible customer service and incompetent work! I would never go there again!

i had an accident in a recent snowstorm, my buddy told me to take it to roberts and boy am i glad i did, it came out great and he even did a little more repairs that the insurance covered and didnt charge anymore, my car looks like new again, i'll be back for everything now, these guys treated me great

This place is just the boggest rip off in the Scranton area for used tires.I went there and they wanted 60.00 for a used tire...2 min down the road I went to anthracite junk yard and bought same tire for 13.00..Who do these people think they are..would never go back there..place is a dumphole and they should knock the place down..scammers!!!

This is the worse place ever. They lost my car keys, my car wasn't aligned despite being told it was, the nuts weren't tightened on my tires, the owner Sal or at least I think he said he was and his wife are rude and seemed to not be on good terms so the customer service is horrible. Worse experience ever!! Don't take your car there...I even saw the owner looking at a teen inappropriately! Shame on you Sal!
